Hab ich gemacht (systemrescue)
- mkdir tmp
- mount ROOTDEV tmp
- mount -t proc foo tmp/proc
- mount -t sysfs foo tmp/sys
- mount -t devtmpfs foo tmp/dev
- mount -t efivarfs foo tmp/sys/firmware/efi/efivars
- chroot tmp
- mount /boot/
- grub-install /dev/sda
- grub-install /dev/sdb

But it didn't change ...
I looked into it with 
	efibootmgr
and the device id (UUID) that the debian boot entry points to
seems to be different from what I see with blkid.
