Falls der Rechner mit UEFI-(BIOS) booted fehlt hier die UEFI System
Partition. Sollte eher wie 

/dev/sda1      2048      206847     204800  100M    EFI System
/dev/sda2    501758   976771071  976269314  465,5G  Extended
/dev/sda5    501760   976771071  976269312  465,5G  Linux LVM

aussehen. Mach Dich kundig über Dinge wie +Linux+UEFI
+UEFI+LEGACY+BOOT +UEFI+CSM.

Wenn Du kein UEFI verwendest dann solltest Du nicht grub-efi-amd64
sondern grub-pc installieren.
