nach Studium der Wikipedia, lebt Russland seit März 1991 dauerhaft in der
Sommerzeit, auch weiterhin. Ende Oktober wird allerdings die zuletzt 1991
wiedereingeführte Dekretzeit erneut abgeschafft. Wenn ich richtig rechne,
steht die Sonne in Russland nun zwischen 1 und 2 Uhr nachmittags im Zenit.
