Normalerweise könnte man das Modul in /etc/modprobe.d blacklisten, aber
das wäre zwecklos, wenn...

...der intakte NIC das selbe Modul verwendet.
In dem Fall könnte man vermutlich mit udev was basteln, die Files
unter /etc/udev/rules.d können MAC- Adressen ansprechen / auswählen /
poppen. Ungetestet!
