LVM devicemapper Eintrag fehlt
Hallo,
wegen des Austauschs einer Festplatte musste ich auf einer neuen
Platte das LVM anlegen.
Zuerst hatte ich eine swap Partition und eine Erweiterte mit gparted für
LVM auf dieser neuen Platte angelegt.
Danach:
# pvcreate /dev/sdb
# vgcreate backup /dev/sdb5

Hier fehlt bei "drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 40 Apr 28 02:06 backup" am
Schluss ein " -> ../dm-? "
Dadurch erhalte ich beim booten:
...Found volume group "backup" using metadata type lvm2
2 logical volumes in volume group "backup" now active.
Aber kurz danach dann das der fsck für ext4 nicht gemacht
werden kann weil
"/dev/mapper/backup" fehlt.
In /var/log/fsck/checkfs steht dann:

fsck died with exit status 8
Genau so hatte es auch vor dem Austausch der alten Platte gezwickt, da
kam auch immer diese ähnliche Meldung.
Durch was wird der Eintrag für "/dev/mapper/backup" ausgeführt. Es sind
alle andern VG eingetragen, besser gesagt es sind leere Dateien, aber
wenn ich da eine "backup" manuell hinzufüge nützt das nichts, beim
booten ist sie weg.
Etwas habe ich falsch gemacht, aber ich finde leider nicht was.
