KVM: "CPU#0 stuck for 66s!"

Hi,

verschiedene KVM-Gäste bringen ab und an obige Meldung im Terminal. Das 
System hat jedoch mehr als 90% freie CPU-Ressourcen.

Beim Googlen fand ich den Hinweis, die CPU-Frequenz des KVM-Hosts 
statisch festzulegen:

Ist das ein sinnvoller Lösungsansatz?

Insgesamt ist das System wie gesagt eigentlich eher dabei, sich zu 
langweilen - aber vielleicht ist genau das der springende Punkt:
