bacula: 2tes tape langsam

hallo,
ich nutze fuer meine backups hier bacula (5.0.3). bacula lauft auch
soweit zufriedenstellend, mit einer ausname.
das 2te tape in dem robot lauft nur mit 5,6MB/s :-(

ich nutze hier einen NEC T40A2 mit zweit bandlaufwerken.
die job welcher auf dem 1ten tape rennt, laeuft mit ~50MB/s, und der
zweite parallele Joblaeuft mit 5,6MB/s

hat hier jemand erfahrung beim einsatz von bacula mit 2 tapes?
beide tapes sind identisch configuriert.
