Die Ausgabe sieht bei mir ersteinmal aehnlich aus.
Lade doch mal mit clive (aptitude install clive)
folgenden kurzen Film herunter: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9iMpmr1y_9U.
Du hast ja alles aus den debian-multimedia apt repository installiert?

Ich bekomme die selben Meldungen wie Couldn't open: /dev/mga_vid,
aber am Ende laeuft es.
Probiere bitte ersteinmal obige Datei aus, dann hat man die selbe
Testumgebung.
