Dies ist als »...by a file in /etc/cron.d/« zu lesen.

Das anacron-Paket enthält die Datei /etc/cron.d/anacron, die dafür
sorgt, dass anacron (standardmäßig) jeden Tag um 7.30 Uhr gestartet
wird.
