Host "smtp.versatel.de [212.7.146.1]" mag es nicht, wenn man sich ihm im
HELO/EHLO mit "localhost" vorstellt.

Im ersten Fall würde ich für einen besseren HELO-string sorgen:
Aus der exim4.conf:

Im zweiten Fall? Hmm mit dem Authentifizierungskram kenne ich mich nicht
besonders aus, aber wer weiß, vielleich gefällt dem Host
"mail.stud.fh-flensburg.de" deine "EHLO localhost"-Anmeldung ebenfalls
nicht.
