SQL Statements auf embedded "SQLite 3.x" ausführen

Hallo Debian Users

Ich möchte normale SQL Commands ausführen.

$ sqlite file-meta.db 'SELECT * FROM *'
Unable to open database "file-meta.db": file is encrypted or is not a
database

Wenn ich jedoch "strings" darauf mache, sehe ich alles im Klartext. Und
"file" sagt mir es sei eine SQLite DB.
