Hallo Liste, ich habe nun auf meinem Notebook ebenfalls Debian Etch installiert, und dabei das Teil via Kabel mit dem Router verbunden. Nun möchte ich aber die WLAN-Karte nutzen, die unter anderen Distros ohne Probleme mit dem ndiswrapper einzubinden ist. Die Karte ist eine PCMCIA-Karte mir RTL8180-Chipsatz. Die Installation des WinDOSen-Treibers läuft so: gericom:~# ndiswrapper -i NET8180.INF installing net8180 ... gericom:~# ndiswrapper -l installed drivers: net8180 driver installed, hardware (10EC:8180) present gericom:~# ndiswrapper -m module configuration contains directive install pci:v000010ECd00008180sv00008180sd000010ECbc*sc*i* /sbin/modprobe ndiswrapper ;you should delete that at /usr/sbin/ndiswrapper-1.9 line 703, <MODPROBE> line 156. module configuration contains directive install pci:v000010ECd00008180sv*sd*bc*sc*i /sbin/modprobe ndiswrapper ;you should delete that at /usr/sbin/ndiswrapper-1.9 line 703, <MODPROBE> line 157. modprobe config already contains alias directive gericom:~# modprobe ndiswrapper FATAL: Module ndiswrapper not found. gericom:~# Auf den Notebook läuft Kernel 2.6.18-5-686 Ich bin für hilfreiche Tipps dankbar.
