Rechte von /var/tmp

hallo zusammen

pdfnup hat mühe einen link in /var/tmp zu erstellen:

kein wunder.
sind die rechte immer so? oder habe ich das irgendwie vermurkst?
ein chmod a+rw /var/tmp behebt das problem natürlich.
