Häh? Sagtest Du nicht, die Meldung taucht beim Entschlüsseln auf (also
'gpg --decrypt')? Was Du da schreibst, sieht aus wie der Output eines
configure-Skripts.
Wenn Du selbst kompilieren willst (warum auch immer): apt-get source
gpg, apt-get build-dep gpg.
Sonst teile uns doch bitte auch das Kommando mit, dass Du ausführst.
