Laut http://linux-wless.passys.nl/ soll der Belkin mit dem rt2500 funzen.
Ein lsmod | grep rt2500 sagt:
jende@jende-laptop:~/Desktop$ lsmod | grep rt2500
rt2500                185444  0

Also, das Modul scheint ja wohl geladen zu sein. Fein dachte ich und
habe dann mit iwconfig wlan1 mode managed essid WLAN den Stick konfiguriert.

ein iwlist wlan1 scan sagt aber dennoch, dass es nichts scannen kann bzw
No scan results.
