DESCRIPTION
       ifplugd  is  a daemon which will automatically configure your
       ethernet device when a cable is plugged in and automatically
       unconfigure it if the cable is pulled. This is useful on laptops
       with on-board network adapters, since it will only configure the
       interface when a cable is really connected.

Also muss ifplugd laufen, um beim Stecken des Kabels wpasupplicant zu 
trennen und beim Abziehen des Kabels wieder zu aktivieren. 
Was konkret nötig ist, muss man dann im action-script von ifplugd 
festlegen. Bei mir habe ich sogar das Kernel-Modul der Karte entfernt 
bzw. wieder neu geladen, weil sonst die LED nicht aus ging (und das 
fand ich nicht schön ;-).
