locales installationsprobleme

Hallo,

Beim installieren von locales auf woody erhalte ich folgende
Fehlermeldung:

or been moved out of Incoming.

Das überrascht mich etwas weil glibc-2.2.5-11.8 ist über das Paket libc6
ja mitinstalliert. Woran könnte das liegen?
