Was meldet denn das Modem in minicom zurück, wenn Du obige Befehle
mal einzeln von Hand absetzt?

ATQ0 - quiet mode
ATV1 - verbose response
ATE1 - commands echoed

Da sollte es immer mit OK antworten.
