Das ist in der Tat ein merkwuerdiges Phaenomen.

$ egrep '(Pubkey|PAM)' /etc/ssh/sshd_config
PubkeyAuthentication yes
UsePAM yes

Das geht bei mir auf allen Maschinen prima (sowohl stable als auch
unstable).
