Probleme mit ISDN

Hi,

ich habe leider immer noch Probleme meine ISDN-Karte zum laufen zu 
bewegen.
Der Chip ist von Cologne.
Auf der Homepage von Cologe Chips war zu finden, dass man bei hisax 
den Typ 35 angeben soll. Gesagt getan.
Geladene Modules sind isdn, slhc, und hisax. "lsmod" udn 
/var/log/messages bestätigen das:

Der IRG von 201 verwundert mich etws, aber sonst sieht ja alles OK 
aus, denke ich.

Wenn ich nun jedoch "/etc/init.d/isdnutils start" aufrufe erhallte ich 
folgende Fehlermeldung:

Für mich ist das unverständlich.
Weiß jemand eine Lösung?

Direkt nach dem installieren von isdnutils konnte ich es mit

mkdir /dev/isdn
cd /dev(isdn
MAKEDEV isdninfo

zum laufen bringen.
Doch das funktioniert jetzt auch nicht mehr.
