Keine Ahnung, du solltest erstmal die richtige Config raussuchen. Die
von apt-proxy2 (wozu auch v 1.9.30 gehoert) benutzte Config ist
/etc/apt-proxy/apt-proxy-v2.conf.
Ansonsten gilt auch: apt-proxy hat da IMHO ein paar Probleme, vllt. mal
die aktuelle unstable ausprobieren, da waren AFAIK ein paar wesentliche
Bugfixes drin.
