Das ist ein Debian Hack, um das xdm-Logfile wieder zu öffnen, wenn
xdm-Logfiles mit logrotate gepflegt werden.
Keine Angst, nichts wird gekillt, nur ein SIGUSR2 Signal wird an den
xdm Prozess zugeschickt und das Signal von xdm entsprechend mit einem
Handler bearbeitet :).
