Shell-Sprache

Hi, 
meine Shell, die ich erreiche durch "Strg+Alt+1" oder so erhalte hat leider
ne englische Tastaturbelegung. Wie und wo ändere ich denn das? Ich habe
unten mal meine .bashrc angehängt. Müsste das nich da drin stehen?
