Fehlermeldungen beim Booten

Beim Booten meines PCs bekomme ich ganz am Anfang immer folgende 
Fehlermeldungen:

> ERROR : Removing 'cs5520' : Device or resource busy

> ERROR : Removing 'cy82c693' : Device or resource busy
> ERROR : Removing 'generic' : Device or resource busy
> ERROR : Removing 'hpt336' : Device or resource busy
> ERROR : Removing 'ns87415' : Device or resource busy
> ERROR : Removing 'opti621' : Device or resource busy
> ERROR : Removing 'pdc202xx_old' : Device or resource busy
> ERROR : Removing 'piix' : Device or resource busy
> ERROR : Removing 'rz1000' : Device or resource busy
> ERROR : Removing 'sc1200' : Device or resource busy
> ERROR : Removing 'serverworks' : Device or resource busy
> ERROR : Removing 'siimage' : Device or resource busy
> ERROR : Removing 'sis5513' : Device or resource busy

Die betroffenen Module lassen sich auch mit rmmod nicht einfach aus dem 
Kernel entfernen.

Mein Rechner läuft übrigens unter Debian Sarge mit Kernel 2.6.9. 
Irgendwelche Tipps?
