wo ist das Problem? /bin/ps kommt aus dem Paket procps und nicht pstools-* 
also ein 
$ apt-cache policy procps
procps:
  Installiert:1:3.2.5-1
  Mögliche Pakete:1:3.2.5-1

zeigt genau an, welche Versino installiert ist.
