Plantronics Headset (externe USB Soundkarte)



hallo,

ich versuche seit einiger Zeit erfolglos meine USB Soundkarte unter debian sarge zum laufen zu bringen. (kernel: 2.4.27)

Meine interne Notebook-Soundkarte (SIS) funktioniert, jedoch ist dort der MIC Eingang defekt.
Deshalb brauche ich die externe. (skype)

Angezeigt wird sie beim booten.
ich hab alsa-oss 1.0.8 vom source installiert.
OSS als Audio-Hardware gewählt.
unter XMMS kann ich nur /dev/dsp nutzen. /dev/dsp1 bis /dev/dsp3 funktionieren nicht.

Hat die schon jemand am laufen oder eine Idee ?

Ich habe bereits Threads gefunden, in denen Sie angeblich unter SuSe & RedHat laufen soll.
Leider nichts im Bezug mit debian.
(ich bin SuSe schon am saugen, um zu testen. laufen soll sie aber unter debian.)
