Ich hab herausgefunden, was ich falsch gemacht habe:

Also: alsamixer starten
F4 drücken um nur die Record Quellen anzuzeigen
Mic selektieren
Space drücken damit oben Capture LR steht
Capture selektieren
auch Space drücken damit oben Capture LR steht

Und dann hat es bei mir funktioniert.
