repositories - connection timed out

Hallo, 

ich habe seit kurzem Probleme mit meinen repositories, wenn ich apt-get update 
mache, bekomme ich:

Hit ftp://ftp.gwdg.de unstable/non-free Sources
Get:16 ftp://ftp.gwdg.de unstable/non-free Release
Ign ftp://ftp.gwdg.de unstable/non-free Release
Err http://ftp2.de.debian.org stable/main Packages
  Could not connect to ftp2.de.debian.org:80 (195.71.9.196), connection timed 
out
Err http://ftp2.de.debian.org stable/main Release
  Could not connect to ftp2.de.debian.org:80 (195.71.9.196), connection timed 
out
Err http://ftp2.de.debian.org stable/contrib Packages
  Could not connect to ftp2.de.debian.org:80 (195.71.9.196), connection timed 
out
99% [Connecting to ftp2.de.debian.org (195.71.9.196)]

ist es ein zeitlich begrenztes Problem oder sind die repositories nicht mehr 
aktiv? Wenn zweites zutrifft, welche sind dann die alternativen?
