WoodyInstallation auf Acer Aspire 1700 Notebook
Hallo!
Bei der Installation von Woody habe ich Probleme mit dem Zugriff auf die
Festplatte. Mit dem Standardkernel wird die Festplatte zwar erkannt, jedoch
scheinbar fehlerhaft darauf zugegriffen (mkfs beginnt normal, und bricht
dann ohne fehlermeldung ab, installiert weiter, und kann nach dem Neustart
nicht mehr booten).
Beim bf24-Kernelimage wird die festplatte gar nicht erkannt (SIS5513 IDE
UDMA133 Controller). Knoppix lässt sich problemlos booten. Beim Vergleich
von dmesg ist mir aufgefallen, dass der bf24 einen anderen Controller
(SiS650) "findet" als Knoppix.
Im Netz fand ich leider nichts hilfreiches. Was kann ich noch versuchen?
