xfree86 und 1280x800



Hallo!

ich hab mir vor kurzem ein neues notebook (toshiba satellite m30 pro)
zugelegegt. dies hat ein 16:10 display mit einer auflösung von 1280x800
pixeln. Ich muss es aber leider immer mit 1024x768 betreiben, da ich es
nicht schaffe eine modeline zu generieren, welche die richtige
horizontalfrequenz hat.

=> das bild ist etwas verzogen

die modeline hab ich mit "gtf 1280 800 60" erzeugt und in die
XF86Config-4 übertragen. die mag der xserver aber leider net

ausschnitt aus der logdatei vom xserver:

das kommt für jede modeline

ich hab auch herumgegoogelt. da hab ich zwar einige nützliche sachen für
mein configdatei gefunden, aber nix was mein problem löst. in jeder
XF86Config-4 wo ein 16:10 schirm betrieben wird standen sehr ähnliche
modelines....

im Anhang befindet sich meine XF86Config-4 Datei und das
Xserverlogprotokoll.
