ich hab packet spasseshalber mal runtergeladen:

dpkg --contents alsa-base_0.9+0beta12-3_all.deb
[snip]
-rwxr-xr-x root/root      6311 2002-04-06 09:55:36 ./etc/init.d/alsa
[snap]

/etc/init.d/alsa _ist_ bestandteil des packets.
hast du das versehentlich gelöscht?
