Nun steck ich mal wieder bei unmet dependencies fest:

root@panda:/usr/share# apt-get install kdebase-dev
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  kdebase-dev: Depends: kdelibs4-dev but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages
root@panda:/usr/share#

und weiter:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  kdelibs4-dev: Depends: xlibs-pic but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  xlibs-pic: Depends: xlibs (= 4.2.1-9) but 4.3.0-0ds4 is to be
installed
E: Broken packages

Meine sources.list stammt hauptsächlich aus netselect-apt und sollte
eigentlich ein pures Unstable sein:

root@panda:/usr/share# cat /etc/apt/sources.list
