Läuft das Loopback-Interface lo auf 127.0.0.1 (ifconfig) ?
Geht http(s)://127.0.0.1:10000/ ?
Wenn du noch eine Netzwerkkarte drin hast, geht
http(s)://die.ip.von.eth0:10000/ ?
