ppp-problem
Hallo Leute/Gemeinde/Debian-User,
Ich hab Debian 3.0r0 stable installiert. X funktioniert mittlerweile, nun
hab ich aber ein Problem beim konfigurieren von pppd.
Ich moechte mich per Modem in unseren Modempool einwaehlen (laeuft unter
Windows mit CHAP auth.). Da das ganze ueber die interne Telefonanlage geht,
darf das Modem nicht auf ein Freizeichen warten (ATX3DT,55). Ich hab also
mit pppconfig eine Konfiguration erstellt und alle Punkte ausgefuellt. Der
Compi waehlt sich ein, und stellt offensichtlich eine Verbindung her (das
Modem bleibt eingewaehlt (Lämpchen am Modem) und ich bekomme auch keine
Meldung, dass die Verbindung beendet wurde). Allerdings kann ich keinen
anderen Computer pingen und ich kann auch nicht mit Mozilla ins Netz.
Im Anschluss einige Informationen, die ich erhalte wenn das Modem sich
eingewaehlt hat, aber ich keine Verbindung zum Internet bekomme.

Waere wirklich sehr dankbar, wenn mir jemand weiterhelfen koennte.
Fuer die Laenge der Mail moechte ich mich entschuldigen, aber als ich mit
dem X-Server Probleme hatte, meinten einige in der Mailing-List, ich sollte
mehr Informationen schicken (Log-Files etc.).
