startest Du antivir über "init"?
läuft amavis als daemon?
hast Du das Debian Paket von amavis installiert oder die Pakete von
amavis.org und wenn das zweite zutrifft welches?

schau bitte mal nach wer bereits auf port 25 lauscht:
