Hast du denn http-Quellen oder FTP-Quellen in deiner sources-list?
Ist Squid so konfiguriert, daß er deine Anfragen weiterleiten soll
(acl-Bedingungen, richtiger Port)?
Bei mir klappt dein gewünschter Aufbau einwandfrei.
Ich hab die Einträge in der apt.conf. Squid hat:
# ACCESS CONTROLS
acl all src 192.168.0.0/24
http_access allow all
http_access allow localhost
in der /etc/squid.conf.
