Bonjour
j'ai supprime le microcode amd64 et j'ai change de bureau. Je
n'utilise plus Cinnamon mais le bureau par defaut
tout semble etre rentre dans l'ordre

Toute la CPU a l'air occupée et cinnamon consomme plutot
30% en moyenne (ici c'est une prise instantanée)

J'ai plusieurs microcodes installés :
amd64-microcode
firmware-linux-nonfree (obligatoire pour ma carte
graphique)
intel-microcode
iucode-tool (je ne sais pas ce que c'est)
microcode.ctl
Aïe ça pique les yeux :-)
Tu n’as pas donné ta config matérielle, mais à un moment
donné il va falloir choisir entre soit microcode intel soit amd
(selon ton cpu) : https://wiki.debian.org/Microcode
