HS_vaine tentative récupération données d'un disque dur planté

J'ai tenté de récupérer les données d'un dd de portable planté appartenant à un membre de ma famille. Aucune partition, aucune donnée récupérable.
Si quelqu'un a une idée, merci d'avance... Entre nous, c'est mal parti.
Pour moi, ce disque a un problème électronique, mais on ne sait jamais...

Taille disque dur impossible à déterminer (dd = +- 350 GB => 2199 GB lus!!)
=> échec
Programmes utilisés:
testdisk
ddrescue
photorec
GNU Fdisk 1.2.5
smartctl
hdparm

Les faits:
-le portable était en dual boot linux-w$
- le portable tournait sur w$, soudain freeze écran, système bloqué, écran noir lors tentative reboot
- dd démonté puis connecté à un boitier usb externe
- connection du dd via usb à mon PC
