police des menus

Dans quel fichier on peut configurer
la police des menus des applications:
emacs
xpdf
xfig

Voila ce que donne emacs21:

Ces deux applications  s'ouvrent mais avec des police pour les menus
(file, edit, .....) plutot trop grande....
