Il y a aussi le classique MRTG, si s'installe trés bien sous Debian 
(avec SNMP) et il y a bcp de docs sur le net.
Le seul reproche que je lui ferais, pour un outil simple, est de donner 
des moyennes et non des débits crêtes pour le graph journalier.
