powernowd et sysfs et 2.6.15

Au boot, j'ai le message suivant:
Starting powernowd: required sysfs objects not found!
Je précise que cela fonctionnait avec le noyau 2.6.12 (que j'ai viré)
J'ai suivi le /usr/share/doc/powernowd/README.Debian.

J'ai tout de même quelque chose d'étrange dans le .config.
Dans un make menuconfig, j'ai "---" devant 'userspace' governor for
userspace frequency scaling. Et je ne peux ni le mettre en module ni le
mettre en dur. Serait-ce un début de piste ?
En conclusion, quelqu'un aurait-il une idée pourquoi powernowd ne se
lance pas ?
