C'est une image iso, donc à graver avec (citation du man, j'ai pas
testé) :

To use growisofs to write a pre-mastered ISO-image to a DVD:

    growisofs -dvd-compat -Z /dev/dvd=image.iso

where image.iso represents an arbitrary object in the filesystem,  such
as  file,  named pipe or device entry. Nothing is growing here and com‐
mand name is not intuitive in this context.

La commande que tu as utilisée _crée_ un _nouveau_ dvd avec les fichiers
suscités alors que GKDVD-4.0.2-0.3-EN.iso est _déjà_ une image binaire du
dvd.
