Erreur php mysql avec cacti

Bonjour,


Je viens d' installer cacti 0.6.7.2 sur debian 2.4.18-bf24
Quand je veux tester le fichier cmd.php en commande, je recois l'erreur 
suivante:
 Cacti: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mysql_connect() in 
/usr/share/cacti/include/database.php on line 19

D'après la faq :Your installation of PHP does not have MySQL installed 
or enabled. On binary-based distributions, make sure you have the 
'php-mysql' package installed. Also make sure that 'extension=mysql.so' 
is uncommented in your php.ini file.

Soit je n'ai pas mysql installé..(sisi) ou soit g n'ai pas rajouté 
l'extension=mysql.so dans mon php.ini (et bein si)

Que puis-je donc faire ?
