Il faut ajouter dans modules.conf :

LoadModule proxy_module /usr/lib/apache/1.3/libproxy.so

Puis dans http.conf

<VirtualHost *>
   ServerName toto.mamachine

   RewriteEngine on

   RewriteRule   ^/(.*)                  http://localhost:9999/$1  [P,L]

   ProxyPassReverse  / http://localhost:9999/
</VirtualHost>

renvoie tout ce qui arrive sur http://toto.mamachine vers 
http://localhost:9999
