Je sait pas si ça peut marcher sur un dvd, mais j'ai récemment réussi à
récupérer des informations sur un cd endommagé avec dd_rescue. Je ne peut
rien te garantir, mais tu ne perd rien à essayer...

dd_rescue is a tool to help you to save data from crashed partition.
It tries to read and if it fails, it will go on with the next sectors
