Chez moi, en woody , j'avais le même problème, j'ai installé liqt3-mt & libqt3-mt-dev et j'ai passé ceci : /configure --prefix=`kde-config --prefix`--with-qt-includes=/usr/include/qt3 et ... ça marche, donc bonne chance
