Pour finir j'ai commenté la ligne de mon sources.list "deb http.us.debian.org/debian testing main contrib non-free" et j'ai fait un apt-get install apt, j'ai décommenté la ligne précédemment commentée et là : Ho miracle (2ème fois) ça marche !
C'était en fait un problême de versions !
