Salut,
Est-ce un modem alcatel speedtouch home ? si c'est le cas j'ais de temps en 
temps le meme problème et il faut pour cela que je reinitialise le modem en 
l'eteignant 30 secondes et en le rallumant. Ensuite tout repart comme en 14.
