You can download the packages via ftp, or just add

  deb ftp://ftp.innominate.org/pub/pape/Debian potato unofficial
  deb-src ftp://ftp.innominate.org/pub/pape/Debian potato unofficial

to /etc/apt/sources.list on Your Debian GNU/Linux (potato) System,
  deb ftp://ftp.innominate.org/pub/pape/Debian woody unofficial
  deb-src ftp://ftp.innominate.org/pub/pape/Debian woody unofficial

to /etc/apt/sources.list on Your Debian GNU/Linux (woody) System and
  # apt-get update

Then install the packages as usual with apt, dpkg or dselect.
