Hi Ulf,

in der XF86Config-4 löschen oder so kommentieren:

#       FontPath        "/usr/lib/X11/fonts/Speedo"

Da sollte schon mal ein Fehler weg sein. ;-)
Sektion Keyboard sieht bei mit so aus:

Section "InputDevice"
        Identifier      "Generic Keyboard"
        Driver          "keyboard"
        Option          "CoreKeyboard"
        Option          "XkbRules"      "xfree86"
        Option          "XkbModel"      "pc105"
        Option          "XkbLayout"     "de"
EndSection

Vielleicht hilft Dir das etwas.
